Case Study – Parkland Mazda

On the corner of Albany Highway and Manning Road in Cannington is Parkland Mazda, a valuable and convenient one-stop shop for all new and used vehicles. Parkland Mazda needed to convey an image of sophistication and professionalism for their clients and staff alike.  The team here is always up for a challenge, and we are quick to embrace the change process whilst helping the client move into a fulfilling space.

The challenge:
It comes as no doubt that today’s customers prefer an authentic style of customer support, especially in the service area. The challenge presented to us was to facilitate the project within a 3-phased work program, whilst completely eliminating the bottlenecks to an operating business. This means we need to first set high design standards which could surpass that of the client’s and bring customer delight every single time. The overall objective is to create an ambience that manifests the best possible light and mood.

The solution:
Our project managers with a wealth of experience and expertise and excellent working relationship with our sub-contractors made a head start to shorten service centre downtime by working within pre-planned timeline so that it did not affect their customers.

Working closely alongside BHO Interiors, we completed the refurbishment of existing space in 3 phases within the estimated time frame of 7-8 weeks from Cabinetry, Plumbing, and installation of Air conditioning systems, Flooring, Glazing, Ceilings & Partitioning, Signage, Fire Services and Painting. Though we were able to achieve the look and feel desired, we had to go through a number of barriers in different stages including delay in the delivery of furniture and lighting fixtures as they were sourced from overseas.
